Although there is a limit to the number of devices you can connect to the VPN router, this is set at 15, which is plenty. However, it falls short of being able to protect an unlimited number of devices, as Surfshark can do.

Performance-wise, Betterspot is good and provided us with some decent speeds. However, we weren't super impressed with its unblocking capabilities. Although the Betterspot VPN router claims to bypass restrictions, enabling users to access video streaming sites like Netflix, we were unable to get past the VPN firewall on the UK version of Netflix.

Moreover, there are limited configuration options with Betterspot. Although you can switch servers and change modes, there are not many other features that users can adjust to improve their VPN experience.

The number of servers that Betterspot provides access to is undisclosed, but it offers server locations in several countries, including Australia, Canada, Germany, the UK, and the US. You can connect to a server location in the app and be surfing the web with an IP address from another country within minutes.
