• 2 years of the unlimited Goose VPN is only $2.99 per month, which is $71.76 for the full 24 months.
• The 3-year plan costs $2.75 per month, which is $99.

The long term plans are great value for money in terms of the length and the pricing on offer. If you’re looking for long term use of VPN services, then they are a great option.

Is There a 30-day Money-back Guarantee?

When it comes to refund policies, the industry standard is to offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Fortunately, Goose VPN offers a money-back guarantee for 30 days. However, there is a catch. You won’t be able to take advantage of the money-back guarantee if you consume more than 100GB of data during the first 30 days.

Does Goose VPN Have a Free Trial?

How Fast is Goose VPN?

There are many Goose VPN reviews from users complaining about the speed, so we decided to run a few speed tests to see if the provider offers fast speeds.

We first connected to a server in the US and had a decent speed of 29Mbps, which is fast enough for streaming and torrenting. However, when we connected to the UK, our speeds did dip to 26Mbps, which was quite a difference.

We decided to test an Asian-based server in Hong Kong, and our had average download speeds of 24Mbps, which again is good, but not the fastest speeds we’ve had.

Does Goose VPN Support Torrenting?

Goose VPN does support torrenting on its network and all of its subscription plans. However, P2P networking is only allowed on 2 server locations, the USA and the Netherlands. While there aren’t many servers available that allow torrenting, GooseVPN offers users other things that make it good for torrenting.

Firstly, its no-logging policy ensures that your torrenting activity will stay private. Secondly, your real IP address will be hidden, protecting your identity. Download speeds are decent, which means that you won’t be waiting a long time for your downloads to complete. While we would like to see more torrenting servers added to the network, we think it is a decent provider for torrenters.

Can Goose VPN Unblock Netflix?

Does Goose VPN work with Netflix? A good VPN should be able to unblock foreign streaming services, including Netflix, and fortunately, Goose can. The provider has optimized streaming servers in 20 out of its 25 countries, including the US, UK, Germany, Canada, Spain, and the Netherlands.

We tested the VPN with several streaming sites. We were able to unblock Netflix in several countries including, in the US, the UK, and Canada. We tried the service with other popular platforms and has success getting past Amazon Prime Video’s firewall, but were unable to unblock BBC iPlayer in the UK. It’s well-known that BBC iPlayer blocks VPNs, and not all providers can get past its firewall.

If you want a provider that can unblock Netflix and other streaming services, consider purchasing ExpressVPN or NordVPN.

Does Goose VPN Work on Gaming Consoles?

Although Goose VPN doesn’t have dedicated apps for gaming consoles, you can use the service for gaming. You can either configure the VPN to your router (which is also a great way to protect all devices on single networks) or set up a virtual hotspot using your computer.

What Devices Can I Use Goose VPN on?

All Goose VPN plans come with unlimited connections for your devices and has dedicated apps for the most popular platforms, including:

• macOS
• iOS
• Android
• Linux

There is also a browser extension for Chrome, and you can connect the VPN to your Android TV and router. Even though you can protect all devices on your network by connecting the VPN to your router, if you use this VPN, you have unlimited connections regardless.

Is Goose VPN Easy to Use?

Goose VPN is extremely easy to use. After signing up for one of the plans with an email address, you can download and sign in to the app with your account. Upon entering the app, you’ll be met with a clear user interface that provides easy navigation.

You can toggle the connection on and off and see which server you are currently connected to and which protocol you’re using. You can change the protocol to either OpenVPN, IKEv2, PPTP or L2TP/IPSec. Alternatively, you can select the automatic protocol feature in the settings. This automatically enables the provider to choose the best protocol for your connection.

To change your server, users can scroll through the location list to look at the choice of servers. Those that are better for streaming and torrenting are clearly marked. There are other VPN services that users can take advantage of, such as enabling the kill switch and DNS leak protection.

While the desktop client offers a lot of customization, there are limited configuration options when it comes to the settings on mobile devices.

Does Goose VPN Have Customer Support?

Good customer support is essential, and Goose claims to offer 24/7 customer support. The customer service comes in the form of an FAQ section that offers information about the VPN services, the no-logs policy, and which devices you can use the VPN on.

If you have more pressing issues and want to speak to someone from the customer service team, you can use the online request form, which is available 24/7. Alternatively, you can get in touch with the customer support team via email, Facebook, or Twitter.

Disappointingly, there is no 24/7 live chat available on the website. So, even though the provider claims to offer 24/7/365 support, you can’t talk in real-time with a customer support agent. There is also no customer support available via the telephone, which many other providers offer.

Overall, we think that Goose’s customer service offerings could be improved with a live chat or telephone number that customers could utilize to make direct contact with the support team.

Where is Goose VPN Based?

Goose VPN is a Dutch-based provider. While many may think that this makes the provider safe since the Netherlands doesn’t allow companies to process or pass data on without permission, the country is a member of the 5/9/14 Eyes agreement.

The controversial 5/9/14 Eyes alliance comprises many countries that share data with the other members of the alliance in a bid for international security. Since Goose had a no-logs policy, this suggests that your personal data is safe and won’t be seen by any third party.

However, it’s always a good idea to be wary of VPNs based in 5 Eyes countries since your data may be more at risk of being shared with international government agencies.

Is There a Goose Business VPN?

If you want to protect your corporation, then look no further than Goose VPN. Goose offers a business VPN that uses AES-256 bit encryption and operates a no-logs policy akin to that of the personal plan. With a business account, you’ll have one main account that can protect all of your employees simultaneously, and you can use the product on many devices at the same time.

With the business VPN, there is priority support via email and telephone, and each account comes with a dedicated account manager. Although this isn’t the best business VPN we’ve seen, it is a safe offering that provides security to business networks.

From $9.99 per user per month, the business plan is more expensive than others on the market but is completely scaleable, should your business grow.

What is the Best VPN?

The best VPN will differ for every person depending on their individual needs. We know a thing or two about VPNs, so when you’re searching for a new provider, here is a list of things to keep an eye out for:

• Great security and privacy features, including advanced encryption
• A decent number of servers
• A good zero-logs policy
• Apps for the most popular platforms
• Connections for multiple devices
• Good customer support
